We're the Aethernet System!

Why "Aethernet"?

The Aethernet in Final Fantasy XIV was a network of "teleportation" nodes which were deeply interconnected but led to different places.  This inspired the name for the system because all of us are connected but extremely different in our own ways.
We are a OSDD(DDNOS)-1b system.  This means that between switches and about our past, we don't have amnesia.
These are only the current active alters as of October 9th, 2017.

Who's Who?

Day Videnda

Day is the current host of the Aethernet system, and will be making most of the posts.  They are a 16-19 ageslider. (Center)

Birdie

Birdie is an introject and will probably be the second-most common poster on this blog.  He is twenty, bigender, and appears androgynous. (Top Left)

Finni

Finni is a mute trauma holder.  She probably won't post on here often, if at all. (Bottom Left)

Melanie and Remy

Melanie and Remy are twin child alters.  They will often post here for the littles, especially Melanie. (Bottom Center)

Lennan

Lennan is a persecutor and will probably post on here as such, mostly about very negative things.  I will try to tag triggering posts if I can, but no promises, since I am not in control. (Bottom Left)

Spade

Spade is one of the managers, who will probably not post on here very often, as it sees no need to do so. (Top Right)

Sophia

Sophia is a caretaker, who will probably post on here semi-often (often enough that it merited her an about page).  Avoid caps if you comment on her posts, they're extremely triggering to her. (Top Center)

Last week, Bianca and I talked about OSDD-1b. She said that before the symptoms and disruptive switching got better, I had to get through the trauma work. Which is 100% realistic and understandable but it's been SO BAD lately, urgh. I also compiled a list of EVERY SINGLE ALTER in the system, not just the active ones. It's been getting easier to keep track of them, especially because alters don't just...come and go as they please (@ 99% of "systems" on Vent). A Schedule, a Legend, and What To Expect

Hey there, hi there, ho there! .-. So I figured I'd post a little schedule/legend type deal so y'all know what to expect (that is...if there's anyone here).  Sound good?  Okay, nice. In general, due to certain circumstances, I can only post on here Monday through Friday at the moment, with the very occasional weekend post.  I will generally post between 8am - 12:30pm ET.  So IN THEORY, it should be very consistent.  Like clockwork.  I might even queue posts they can be posted at specific times (if I can figure out how to do that on here. As for a legend, each alter that posts on here will use a different font color.  The big three who will probably post on here are myself (Day), Birdie, and Sophia, but I'll put everyone.  You never know with these things.
